Join us in Fargo on December 12, 2009, for the 2nd Annual Public Policy Institute. We will be discussing higher education, including spending, accountability, results, and tuition. The keynote speaker will be Dr. Richard Vedder of the Center for College Affordability and Productivity and author of Going Broke By Degree.
